Özet:

Concepts have an important place in the Qurans intervention in social life and its address to human beings. One of these concepts, taqwa, which is used throughout the Quran, appears in the Quran as a concept that reforms and builds human relations with God, human beings and the environment. However, when the issue is approached by the interlocutors of the Quran, it is seen that although this concept has not lost its importance, the issue of where taqwa begins and whatwho it covers is controversial. As a result of this disagreement, sometimes the concept of taqwa is confined to the relationship between God and human beings, and sometimes it is understood as a behavior reserved for those who want to deepen in worship and obedience. Considering the influence of facts and perceptions on the formation of thought, it is understood that the interpretations of taqwa develop within the framework of the circumstances. From this point of view, this article deals with the concept of taqwa as a factor regulating human relations. The problem of this study is to explain the Qurans goals for social life with the concept of taqwa by analyzing the spread of taqwa to social life and its effect on human relations. In terms of purpose, this study aims to reveal that taqwa as a moral action can exist not only in the field of faith and worship but also in human relations and its role in this field based on the verses. The relevant verses are analyzed on the basis of classical and contemporary commentaries. In this way, the approach of both periods to the concept of taqwa has been compared. Although our research seems to be similar to some of the studies on taqwa, it is unique in that it examines the verses that include human relations and taqwa together in the light of the tafsirs of two different periods. As a result of the study, it has been emphasized that the basic condition of taqwa is faith, that it develops with worship and that it emerges in social life, and it has been determined that the Quran tries to create a society equipped with moral virtues with this concept.
