Özet:

Intertextuality is a literary analysis method that examines the relationships that a text establishes with previous texts at the level of language, structure, tradition and meaning. A text interacts with previous texts directly or indirectly, uses tradition and reshapes it in a new context. This process opens up a rich field of interpretation between texts and allows the reader to reach different layers of meaning. It has been possible to see these interactions in verse and prose works throughout history. This connection established with folk and divan literature traditions, especially in new Turkish poetry, provides structural, traditional and semantic depth to the works of poets. Intertextuality in contemporary Turkish poetry is the method by which poets explicitly or implicitly reflect their interest in folk and divan literature in their poems. In this process, poets reshaped the themes, images and motifs of previous texts and interpreted them from their own perspectives. In this context, elements of folk poetry, folkloric elements and old literary forms have found a new area of expression in modern poetry. In this study, after addressing the theoretical foundations of the concept of intertextuality and explaining its use in poetry, the poems Kor Lavları Yakamadım and Gönlüm Üşüyor by contemporary poet Halil Ömer Keskin will be examined in an intertextual context through their connections with Abdurrahim Karakoçs Suları Islatamadım and Cemal Safis Ya Evde Yoksan. In Keskins poems, it will be examined how he adapts elements taken from folk poetry and popular culture to modern poetry and how he reinterprets traditional elements. Thus, it will be revealed how Keskins religiousmystical poems Kor Lavları Yakamadım and Gönlüm Üşüyor gain structural, traditional and semantic depth in the context of intertextuality and create an original poetic language.
