Özet:

There are many dangers in working with civilian explosives, which have become a frequently preferred method in obtaining products in the mining industry. It is necessary to follow the articles in the relevant regulation and statute as well as the points that need to be taken into consideration in practice. Explosive materials must be transported as specified in the regulation and stored in accordance with the standards. In this study, the entire process, starting from the commissioning of the vehicle carrying explosives until the destruction of scrap explosives, was examined and possible hazards and the risks caused by these hazards were determined. For this purpose, an underground mining operation working with explosives was considered and the risks were evaluated using the Fine Kinney risk analysis method. The aim of the study is to present proactive solutions that will identify and minimize risks. In working with civilian explosives, determinations were made about chemical, physical, mechanical and ergonomic issues and proactive suggestions were presented. A general evaluation of the risks involved in working with civilian explosives is also included. As a result of the risk assessment, 21 intolerable risks, 29 essential risks, 55 significant risks and 16 possible risks were identified. As a result of corrective and preventive actions, it was observed that the existing risks reached 40 possible risks and 81 acceptable risks.
