Özet:

The issue of narrating the hadith through meaning has become widespread among some authentic hadith scholars. One of the most important reasons for this was that hadith scholars relied on their memorization or delayed writing down what they heard. There is no doubt that after a long time has passed since a hadith has passed, a hadith may forget some of the words he heard and replace them with new words of his own, which will replace the words in the heard hadith. Critics allowed this under some conditions and accepted that this savings would not the trust in the narration with the meaning. One of the expressions mentioned among the situations identified for the hafiz, critic, and imam Shuba Bin Al-Hajjaj is his statement, in the context of some hadiths, As if He Disliked That when we compared his narrations with other narrations, we realized that he said this to narrate the hadith with meaning. One of the evidences that prove this is that shuba himself stopped using this expression from time to time. In saying this, if the word heard was the actually existing wording of the hadith, of course he wouldnt abandon it. One of the ways to know what we are talking about is that the words he says while expressing the hadith are different - even if they have the same meaning. Undoubtedly, these differences in wording point to narration in meaning. The issue of narrating hadith through meaning also includes the possibility that Shubas such statements could be deductions from the sayings of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The way to determine this is to be aware of some of the mentioned clues. The aim of this research was to prove that the narration in the sense is something accepted by scholars of hadith criticism, not only by their acceptance of that from other trustworthy scholars, but by their doing so themselves in their narrations.
