Özet:

The subject of this article is Najm al-Dīn al-Zāhidīs d. 6581260 arguments for the proof of prophethood in his book al-Risālat al-nāṣiriyya. Our aim is to evaluate the characteristic features of these arguments and to determine their actuality. In this book, al-Zāḥidī, while responding to the groups that opposed the institution of prophethood, attached great importance to the proof of prophethood through muʿjiza and the transmission of this proof to later times. Among the points of these groups opposition to the institution of prophethood are the evil and unnecessity of holding people responsible, the unnecessity of reason and wise men, the unnecessity of prophets, and the invalidity of muʿjizīs. Zāḥīdī addressed each of these issues separately and provided evidence for them from his own perspective. He wrote works in many branches of Islamic sciences. He was famous for his writings on theology, fiqh, usul al-fiqh, fezāil and inheritance. In these works, he quoted extensively from scholars such as Abū ʿAlī al-Jubbāʾī d. 303916, Abū Ḥāshim al-Jubbāʾī d. 321933, Qāḍī ʿAbd al-Jabbār d. 4151025, Zamakhsharī d. 5381144, al-Jushamī d. 4941101, and al-Mutarrizī d. 6101213. Zāḥidī believes that the most important proof of prophethood is a miracle. According to him, the Qurʾān, which is a perpetual miracle, is an eternal miracle that cannot be duplicated. The Qurʾāns being a muʿjiza is proved by its eloquence and eloquence that surpasses the highest level of Arabic literature. The words used in the Qurān, its style and textual structure are a miracle that distinguishes it from other literary works and makes it inimitable. In these aspects, the Quran continues to challenge everyone today as it did in the past. The fact that al-Zāḥidī considers some of the personal and moral characteristics of the Prophet Muhammad, which have come down to us through āhād reports, as muʿjizān shows his flexibility in accepting āhād reports. On the other hand, the issues related to the Prophet Muhammads good morals that al-Zāḥidī emphasizes in the proof of prophethood should be taken into consideration in terms of associating moral values with the institution of prophethood. In this study, the evidences used by al-Zāhidī in proving the institution of prophethood are analyzed through literature review, comparison, and induction methods, and the subject is limited to his work al-Risālat al-nāṣiriyya.

Hz. Muhammedin bize âhâd haberlerle gelen bazı şahsi ve ahlâki özelliklerini de Zâhidînin mûcize kapsamında görmesi onun âhâd yolla gelen haberlerin kabulündeki esnekliğini göstermektedir. Öte yandan Zâhidînin nübüvvetin ispatında öne çıkardığı Hz. Muhammedin güzel ahlâkıyla ilgili hususlar, ahlâkî değerlerle nübüvvet kurumunun ilişkilendirilmesi açısından dikkate alınmalıdır. Çalışmamızda Zâhidînin nübüvvet kurumunu ispat esnasında kullandığı deliller literatür taraması, karşılaştırma, tümevarım metotlarıyla ele alınmış, konu er-Risâletün-Nâsıriyye eseri ile sınırlı tutulmuştur.
