 The hot forming processes in the Turkish automotive supply industry hold critical importance, as improving resource efficiency in these processes yields both economic benefits and contributes to environmental sustainability. This study aims to develop innovative technologies to enhance resource efficiency through the analysis of materials, energy consumption, and process technologies utilized in hot forming. Methods to reduce energy usage and material waste have been explored, and practical solutions applicable to the industry have been proposed. Additionally, from a sustainability perspective, the study addresses the reduction of carbon footprint, compliance with circular economy principles, and waste management practices. The findings present environmentally friendly applications and advanced technology-driven approaches that can provide a competitive advantage to enterprises within the sector. The results offer tangible recommendations for making the hot forming processes in the Turkish automotive supply industry more sustainable both environmentally and economically.

 Türk otomotiv yan sanayinde, sıcak şekillendirme süreçleri kritik bir öneme sahiptir ve bu süreçlerde kaynak verimliliğini artırmak hem ekonomik faydalar sağlamakta hem de çevresel sürdürülebilirliğe katkıda bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışma, sıcak şekillendirme süreçlerinde kullanılan malzemelerin, enerji tüketiminin ve süreç teknolojilerinin analizi yoluyla kaynak verimliliğini artırmaya yönelik yenilikçi teknolojilerin geliştirilmesini hedeflemektedir. Çalışmada, enerji tüketimi ve malzeme israfını azaltacak yöntemler araştırılmış, endüstride uygulanabilir çözümler sunulmuştur. Ayrıca sürdürülebilirlik perspektifi doğrultusunda, karbon ayak izinin azaltılması, döngüsel ekonomi ilkelerine uyum ve atık yönetimi konuları ele alınmıştır. Çalışma, sektördeki işletmelere rekabet avantajı sağlayabilecek çevre dostu uygulamalar ve ileri teknoloji odaklı yaklaşımlar önermektedir. Elde edilen bulgular, Türk otomotiv yan sanayinde sıcak şekillendirme süreçlerinin çevresel ve ekonomik açıdan daha sürdürülebilir hale getirilmesine yönelik somut öneriler sunmaktadır.
