Özet:

Fatimah, the daughter of the Islamic Prophet Muhammad, the wife of Ali, and the mother of Hasan and Husayn, is a significant figure who left a profound mark on Islamic history. Known as the most beloved person within her family by the Prophet, Fatimah was the youngest of the four daughters of the Prophet Muhammad, born from Khadijah. Due to her pure morals and piety, she became an exemplary figure for Muslim women. According to a narration, it is stated that Fatimah passed away six months after the Prophets death, reportedly due to the deep grief she felt. The work that forms the subject of this study presents Fatimah, regarded as one of the most virtuous women of Paradise, and narrates her deep sorrow after the death of her father, her grief about the orphans she would leave behind Hasan and Husayn, the sadness her children felt over their mothers death, and the elegy recited by her husband Ali for her, in a simple and clear language. As is the case with many religious and Sufi works, there are multiple manuscript copies of this work in various libraries in Turkey. The manuscript being studied is an anonymous work. In this study, the Vefâtı Fâtımatüz- zehrâ Radıyallâhü Anhümâ Mevlid has been transcribed and introduced. The manuscript forming the basis of this study is vocalized with diacritical marks. From this, it can be concluded that the manuscript was copied starting in the 18th century. The language of the work is a typical example of Old Oghuz Turkish, with its composition likely dating from the 15th century and later, and its transcription dating from the 18th century and beyond. This study aims to contribute an important work representing Old Oghuz Turkish and Islamic Turkish Literature to the academic world.

Hz. Fâtıma hem İslam Peygamberi Hz. Muhammedin kızı hem de Hz. Alinin eşidir. Hz.
