Özet:

During the migration, non-Muslims, who were mostly enriched by trade, were able to take their valuables with them. However, they had to leave their immovable properties behind as they could not take them with them. All of these emval-i metruke were given to incoming immigrants, refugees, or immigrants. For those who have left, these sad buildings have been sources of heartache; for those who have come, they have been sources of joy and cheerfulness as a roof over their heads and a means of looking to the future with hope. While liquidation activities were carried out within the framework of the exchange treaty, the property left behind was identified and the records were entered in the books. Liquidation operations were carried out within the framework of the exchange and the values of these goods, which were determined within this framework, were paid mutually. Our research is formed within the framework of a book in which emval-i metruke in the center of Konya were processed during the aforementioned studies. Their locations, household numbers, and characteristics were recorded down to the finest details in the ledger. All kinds of information and records in the notebooks were processed and evaluated on a neighborhood basis in the Excel files created. According to this ledger, households, shops, inns, factories, workplaces, fields, vineyards, plots, and gardens were identified one by one. These identified properties are extremely valuable in terms of their locations. Furthermore, you can find information about some of the facilities available for the use of departees throughout the city here.
