Özet:

The main purpose of the article is to determine the methods applied by Kâsânî d.5871191, one of the leading scholars of the Hanafi school of fiqh, who lived in the sixth century AH, in accepting khabar al-wâhid as evidence in his book Bedâius-Sanâi. Bedai, which has an important place in Islamic fiqh literature in general and Hanafi sect in particular, is very rich in hadith content. khabar al-wâhid also took their place in the content of this rich hadith. In this context, the article focuses on the method of submission that Kâsânî used while taking such news as evidence, and the practices of the author on the subject were tried to be identified. First of all, the presentation of haber-i-wahids to the Quran was examined. In this part, the news that he accepted as wajib or sunnah on the Quran and rejected it because it was contrary to the Quran was tried to be explained under the title of wahids. Then, the explanations of Kâsânî about the mutawatir-famous sunnah, consensus and the presentation of the news to the public are mentioned. Finally, it has been examined whether the author prefers the narration when the news of the revelations contradicts the qiyas. At the same time, in our study, it has been tried to determine the cases in which Kâsânî followed the Hanafi sect in obtaining evidence from the khabar al-wâhid or, if any, separated from it. As a result, it has been seen that Kâsânî complied with the general view of the Hanafi sect in taking the khabar al-wâhid as evidence, and did not depart from the sectarian line in this regard.

Makalenin temel amacı hicri altıncı asırda yaşamış, Hanefî mezhebinin önde gelen furû-u fıkıh âlimlerinden Kâsânînin ö.5871191 Bedâius-Sanâi isimli eserinde, haber-i vâhidleri delil kabul etmede uyguladığı yöntemleri tespit etmektir. Son olarak müellifin haber-i vâhidlerin kıyasa muhalif gelmesi durumunda rivayeti tercih durumu incelenmiştir. Aynı zamanda çalışmamızda Kâsânînin haber- vâhidleri delil almada Hanefî mezhebine tabi olduğu ya da varsa ondan ayrıldığı durumlar tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Sonuç olarak Kâsânînin haber-i vâhidleri delil almada Hanefî mezhebinin genel görüşüne riayet ettiği, bu konuda mezhebi çizgisinden ayrılmadığı görülmüştür.
