Özet:

In this study, the prioritization of the needs in the transition of a logistics company to Logistics 4.0 applications is examined, and AHP Analytic Hierarchy Process and SWARA Step-wise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis methods are utilized to evaluate this process. the results obtained by evaluating the SWARA method with both group decision and individual opinions are also compared.. According to both AHP and SWARA method results, the criteria with the highest importance level include technological infrastructure, top management support, and cyber security. However, differences in the importance level of the criterion related to top management support were observed in the SWARA results obtained from individual evaluations of decision-makers. These differences suggest that in group decision-making, the influence of managers on team members may play a role in making decisions freely.
