Özet:

In todays era, which is referred to as the Information Age, technology is being used in every aspect of life. With technological advancements, the work environment also changes, and flexible work arrangements become more widespread. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between information technologies and flexible work arrangements. To serve this purpose, a survey was conducted on 401 healthcare workers employed in the Ministry of Health Main Service Units during the coronavirus pandemic. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling. As a result of the study, significant differences were found in the participants attitudes towards information technologies based on gender, workplace position, age, and educational background. Similarly, significant differences were observed in the participants attitudes towards flexible work arrangements based on gender, workplace position, age, and years of employment. Relationship between attitudes toward information technologies and attitudes toward flexible work arrangements revealed a statistically significant positive correlation.
