Özet:

This study aimed to examine the acute effects of balance exercises performed with vibration on balance ability. In the study, thirty amateur football players were randomly divided into three groups: vibratingbalance group n10, balance group n10, and control group n10. While the vibratingbalance group performed with the vibration motor mounted on the balance board, the balance group performed a vibration-free balance exercise. The static and dynamic balance measurements were taken in all three groups before and after the studies. At the end of the study, while there was no significant difference between the groups in terms of static balance in the pre-tests, a significant difference was detected between the vibratingbalance group and the control group F: 4.199, p 0.02 in the post-tests t: 2.831, p 0.019. In terms of times F:9.716, p0.01, a significant increase was detected in both the balance and balance vibration groups t:-3.117, p0.003. In terms of grouptime interaction F:4.156, p0.021, it was determined that the vibratingbalance group showed proportionally more improvement vibratingbalance group: 13.41, balance group: 4.64, control group: 0.003. While there was no significant difference in dynamic balance in the pre-tests, a significant difference was detected between the vibratingbalance group and the control group in the post-tests t:1.632, p0.032. In terms of times F:4.096, p0.04, a significant increase was determined in both the balance and vibratingbalance groups t:-2.024, p0.048. In terms of grouptime F:1.128, p0.031 interaction, the vibratingbalance group showed proportionally more improvement vibratingbalance: 10.22, balance group: 4.66, control group: 0.77. In summary, it was determined that vibratory balance exercise acutely improved static and dynamic balance skills more than the balance exercise performed alone and the control group. As a result, although vibratory balance exercises are recommended for acute development in sports branches where balance performance is important, more studies are needed in this area.
