Özet:

Siyar is the branch of science that deals with the life of our Prophet. In other words, the works about the life of the Prophet are called siyar. Naturally, it first emerged in Arabic literature and played an important role in Islamic literature. As in Arabic, Persian and Turkish literatures, it has also emerged in Kurdish literature in various dialects of Kurdish. The subject of this article is the siyar written in verse by Mullah Aladdin Kopî. Mullah Aladdin has given an example of a poetic siyar on this subject called Jiyana Pîroz Holy Life. Our main aim in this article is to focus on and introduce this verse siyar in terms of form and content. In addition, it is obvious that a new work has been added to the Classical Kurdish Literature thanks to this work. Following this study, it is understood that Jiyana Pîroz is a siyar in verse and has its own sovereign features and is written in a clear and fluent language in mathnawi form; in addition, in terms of content, it deals only with the Meccan period.

Siyer Hz.
